We ship everywhere through our print on demand fulfilment partner, but do not ship to these locations:

• Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine

• Russia

• Belarus

• Ecuador

• Cuba

• Iran

• North Korea

• Syria

• The Gaza Strip region in Palestine

Since we print everything on demand, we can only accept orders for returns that are damaged or that aren’t received. Be sure to check the sizing chart to ensure that your order fits correctly prior to ordering.

If your order is damaged upon receipt of delivery, please take a photo of it and submit the order through the instructions on the shipping label in the package.

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it's 2–5 business days for all production techniques. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

We take all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.

Yes we do! Simply check the box at checkout if this is a gift and we will package it up for you. Additional charges may apply.

Major Biscuit sends tracking information by providing a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is ready for shipment. You can also access this information through the dashboard by going to the Orders section and clicking "See tracking" on the fulfilled order.
